Privacy notice (draft)

This notice is a working draft pending review by qualified counsel under UAE law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the Child Digital Safety Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025).

We collect what is needed to run lessons and practice: account details, the child profiles guardians create, lesson and practice records, and recordings students choose to upload.

A child's date of birth is stored encrypted and is not shown to teachers. Teachers see an age range.

Data is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Recordings and files open only through short-lived signed links for people allowed to see them.

Identity verification is not offered during the beta, so no identity documents are collected.

Retention periods for each kind of data are being set with legal advice. Until then, nothing is deleted automatically and you can export your data or ask for it to be deleted from Settings.
